About us
That one jar in your grandmother's/ mother's kitchen. The smell that hit you the moment she opened it. The way a single spoonful could make a plain roti feel like a full meal.
Homemade achaar doesn't just taste different. It feels different - because it is.
It carries the patience of waiting for ingredients to properly dry under the open sky. The care of someone who cleaned, cut, mixed, and packed every piece by hand. The quiet wisdom of knowing exactly how much oil is enough, how long the pickle needs to rest, when it's finally ready. You can't put that in a formula. You can't bottle it in a factory. It only comes from people who make food for families.
That's what A4 Pickels has always been.
For over 20 years, the two of us - a husband and wife in Haryana - have been making achaar the only way we know how.
* Small batches.
* Fresh vegetables from farmers we know personally.
* Spices we grind ourselves, at home, every time.
* Each batch mixed carefully by hand.
* Preserved the old way - mustard oil, sunlight, and patience.
No shortcuts. No factory floor. No taste that makes you wonder what's in it.
Just honest, homemade pickle - made with the same love and care as food we'd serve our own family.
We started with a simple dream: keep the real ghar ka swaad alive. Today, that dream has grown into something bigger - to carry that taste, that feeling, that memory of home to 1 crore people who deserve it.
One jar at a time!
